Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bji9 website at https://bji9.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered by bji9 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bji9 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the bji9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria listed below:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bji9 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits such activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bji9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bji9 for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

2Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the bji9 Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

• One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bji9 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• bji9 may at any time require KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address or payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• bji9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where bji9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, or any other breach of these Terms.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bji9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bji9 supports multiple payment methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bji9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bji9 wallet and are ring-fenced from your real-money balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• The standard wagering requirement for bji9 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different rollover requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms.
• bji9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is found to have been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, bji9 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players may not combine multiple bonuses simultaneously.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all bets, wagers, and gaming sessions conducted through the bji9 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bji9 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or alter a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the displayed odds.
• bji9 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of a technical error on the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, bji9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event as published in the relevant game or sports-betting rules. bji9 reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes for individual players at its discretion.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bji9 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Attempting to exploit any error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software, including seeking unfair advantage from miscalculated odds or malfunctioning games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing game information in real-time to gain an unfair advantage at live dealer tables or in multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering, financing terrorist activities, or any other activity that violates applicable Bangladesh law.

7Privacy, Data, and Security

All content on the bji9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive property of bji9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bji9 Platform without the prior written consent of bji9. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bji9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bji9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bji9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bji9 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Amendments to These Terms

bji9 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bji9 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting bji9 support before initiating any formal dispute process.
